If you have not already done so, visit https://www.orhomecaretrust.org/2019-enrollment-materials/ to review what type of appointment you may be eligible for. If you are currently enrolled in, or eligible for, any type of medical insurance or coverage other than a Trust-approved Qualified Health Plan (QHP), you may not be eligible for Supplemental Trust benefits. Refer to your Plan Booklet, page 13 to review this information. The Supplemental Trust does not provide medical insurance.
Like last year, Open Enrollment is shorter – from November 1 to December 15, so you must act quickly to ensure you are covered!

Reporting a change in your Qualified Health Plan? You can report updates and changes year-round if you are already enrolled in a Qualified Health Plan on the Marketplace. Please review the information below.
